This Changes Everything  -
A film by Avi Lewis, Narrated by Naomi Klein

Inspired by Naomi Klein's international non-fiction bestseller This Changes Everything, the film presents seven powerful portraits of communities on the front lines, from Montana's Powder River Basin to the Alberta Tar Sands, from the coast of South India to Beijing and beyond. Interwoven with these stories of struggle is Klein's narration, connecting the carbon in the air with the economic system that put it there.

Plants and Indoor Air Quality
Find out how plants help keep office air healthy
15 plants have been identified as great air purifiers

Projects like installing new carpet and painting walls can release chemicals that pollute indoor air. These are called VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), they’re chemicals used to manufacture and maintain building materials, interior furnishing, cleaning products and personal care products.

Luckily, some houseplants moonlight as efficient purifiers. For the best results, put as many plants as you can care for in the rooms you use most.
